How do consultations work?
Once you click the BOOK NOW button, you'll be taken to our booking page, where you can select an available date and time and choose the duration of your consultation. You'll also have a notes section where you can briefly describe the issue(s) you're experiencing. Providing as much relevant information as possible helps us prepare and provide you with the most useful guidance during your consultation. Also, don't forget to add the year / make / model of your vehicle.
What are your fees?
Fees vary depending on the service you need. Any applicable fees will be shown during the booking process or discussed during your consultation, depending on the service.
What are the benefits of the consultations?
Think of this platform as a sort of educational tool to have. it's designed to provide transparency and make inform decisions for your vehicle(s) maintenance ensuring cost effective and reliable solutions.
Is a follow up consultation provided?
Yes. Follow-up consultations are available for the same issue discussed during your original consultation at no additional fee. A separate link will be provided to schedule your follow-up. If you have a new or unrelated issue, a new consultation may be required.
Do you provide other services or form of consultations besides the ones listed?
Yes. Additional services are available depending on your needs. We can provide guidance regarding Notices of Sale and/or Bills of Sale for motor vehicles, mobile homes, off-highway vehicles, and vessels. We can also guide you through properly completing title paperwork when purchasing or selling a vehicle. If you're unsure whether we can help with something specific, ask us. We'll let you know whether the service is available and what assistance we can provide.
As a woman, I don't understand anything about cars which is why I take my car to the dealership which afterwards comes with a hefty bill. Would you be able to help me understand what goes with my car?
